Description
In Two Stage Tipper the first stage of dumping is unique because when the container is lifted vertically on the “Scissor” type structure it is also pushed back towards the roadside container.
This not only gives the container vertical clearance above the roadside container but also moves the container horizontally (in the direction of the roadside container). In the second stage, the container is tipped pushing all its contents into the roadside container.
This unique design of Two-Stage Tipper allows complete dumping of waste into any roadside container without any spillage of waste and as the entire lifting mechanism is hydraulic therefore re-handling of waste is eliminated.
